Ingredients for sauce:
1/2 cup natural peanut butter
1/2 cup water
3 tablespoon soy sauce
2 cloves minced garlic
2 tbsp fresh lime juice
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 piece of fresh ginger
1 tsp sesame oil
5 drops of Isolate CBD oil
Ingredients for noodles
170 grams of vegan rice noodles
1 chopped red bell pepper
2 chopped green onions
1/4 cup roughly chopped peanuts
Roughly chopped coriander or cilantro ( a handful)
In a small bowl, mix all the sauce ingredients together to make a smooth paste. Set aside.
Boil noodles according to the instructions in the packet. Drain the noodles and set it aside.
